About

We report on the future of food, agriculture, dining, cooking, and nutrition.

The global population is set to reach 9 billion by the year 2050. The way we currently produce food is not sustainable, and we will not be able to feed that many hungry mouths based on our current methods of production.

Enter food technology. Thanks to scientists, farmers, entrepreneurs, foodies, leaders, and great thinkers, the way we produce food, cook it, and eat it is rapidly changing. The way we ate 10 years ago will be radically different (in a good way) compared to how we eat now and in the future, thanks to incredible inventions in the food and agriculture tech space.

At Future Foodie, we strive to cover these technologies and products as they emerge. We will share stories on cultivated meat and seafood, indoor hydroponic farming, plant-based products, innovations in agriculture, precision fermentation, unique dining experiences, restaurant technology, and taste test new food and beverage products. How we finance our site

We expect our food chain to be transparent, and we strive to be transparent in our business practices. We do not want to put any of our published articles behind a paywall, and therefore have decided to seek alternative methods to make money to keep our site running and pay our writers. This is what we do:

If we published any sponsored articles or social media posts, we promise to make this clear that it is indeed sponsored!
